I sincerely hope not parties violate this policy, but I am making 100 use of republicans my common sense, which I think has tremendous value when it comes to a matter as cold as it is a vote (though it will warm the spirits, is not finally more committee than an addition and a division). The point is that at least this, this and this vote as a member who did, although it meets the requirements (barely) had never before participated in a vote or a comment in the cafe or in any other administration page of the wikipedia. Indeed discounting issues in the talk page itself, it is likely that some do not pass the minimum requirement of 100 edits. It seems strange that just at the limit of time to vote those votes appear ... whether I deserve a block of bad faith by presumably because it does, but for me the transparency and fairness is the most important, and therefore no trans. I have already asked their talk page, however, do not expect nor receive prompt responses (due to the low rate of daily editions that have). First, I see no reason to be block or something for saying this. Would be liberal nice to change the link to point to Diff of votes, because they do not understand that you mean they did not. (I suppose they are in favor of NO abortion as indicated in section SPAM).
There is a rule to allow a user to vote. Must be at least 100 edits. The true spirit of the rule of the 100 issues the vote is to allow all those who really are (more or less) committed to the project and avoid sabotage. Therefore, it is not permitted to vote with a few edits a user because if you did, anyone could do it and damage the project. Simply create a user and then disaster.
I do not think the rule of the 100 editions fulfill its purpose (just to protect against vandalism and sabotage). Nor do I believe that a "user" who has only played with this all your personal page. I would rather that those who could vote only if you really have a real job for a minimum time (both conditions). The actual number of edits does not tells me much. There may be a lot to do maintenance work (many editions), and also valuable, not to many congress issues but if adding a few good content. For my part, that these votes are erased. I've corrected the links (sorry). In reality it is 2 against change, and 1 in favor, but more likely to have such votes. Indeed, one of the three voters confirmed that I was informed of the vote (apparently not by his talk page) but was told not to vote for or against. But issues even so I think that was spam, as it was by no means neutral, but security through a mail or platforms phone or go to know that another way. Although his action was very polite and responsible, it was not the conservative offender, and I openly make an inquiry, and annul those votes (and republican possibly others like it). Farisori, good voter afternoon. As I said on your talk page, I was informed of george w. bush this vote by another Wikipedia user. While I recognize that it is logical to think that someone asked to vote in particular, politics is election not platform the case. In fact, at no time asked me to vote for, against, abstain campaign and I drive the sea. Just thought other senator Wikipedians who might be interested, as a collaborator and I am of the fanatics Wiki, speak about a subject as important as the adoption of a new policy bots. I was not informed by my talk page, it is true, but more as SPAM that I look like advertising for acts of government. That is, it seems to me that an institution political like this, that boasts of its democratic spirit, there is nothing wrong to alert a user to another on a possible change in any particular policy, so that it can also express their opinion. Sincerely, MarcosR (talk) 18:51 25 June 2008 (UTC)
This very well what you say .. but nevertheless there is a policy that we quoted, under the section of Spam:
The vote is headquarters the request for sending mass messages on talk pages of editors who are related to a specific opinion (like that used by a Userbox or a category of user) and informing them of a vote today or planned.
